"Michele helped me through a very difficult challenge in selling my house. I was in a position where I needed to offload this house very quickly. This was a second home in which I lost a tenant and couldn't get a replacement to cover the mortgage. I was also in an active bankruptcy which complicated matters as I was told not to pay the mortgage so it fell in arrears. Michele stepped up and worked for almost a year to get this through the process of mitigating a foreclosure and did a short sale. The process is painful and time-consuming, but Michele was there every step of the way and always helpful. The closing went off without a hitch and she helped me avoid a potentially disastrous credit hit. I highly recommend using Michele for her knowledge and expertise and drive to close the sale."
